Dr. Charles Cesare grew up in Vicksburg, MS. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. Dr. Cesare completed his Medical Degree, Internship and Residency at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, MS. Dr. Cesare's areas of expertise include high-risk obstetrical care; reproductive/infertility counseling; minimally invasive surgery; OBGYN outpatient/clinic care and OBGYN Ultrasonography. He is Board Certified as a Fellow by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Cesare holds professional memberships with the Mississippi State Medical Society, the Arkansas State Medical Society, the Six Counties Medical Society, and the Mississippi State OBGYN Alumni Association.

In his spare time, Dr. Cesare enjoys listening to blues music, doing home repairs and crafts and making guitar picks. He is married to Carie Cesare, WHNP, and together they have seven children: Charles David Cesare, JR., M.D.; Kimberly McFall, CRNA; Amanda Whiddon, PNP; Ellen Epperson, RN; Ryan Cesare, Jordan Cesare, and Presley Cesare.
