CHARLES BURK, D.O.
. Charles Burk received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. He then continued to obtain his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX while in the Army Health Professional Scholarship Program.
He deployed and served as an OBGYN in a combat support hospital in Operation Iraqui Freedom from February 2003 to March 2004. Burk is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In his spare time, Dr. Burk enjoys golfing, bicycle riding, playing racquetball, photography, scuba diving, camping, hiking and traveling. He is recently married to his wife, Robbie.
Dr. Charles Burk is excited to work alongside Doctors Charles Cesare, Sr, Rose Glynne, and Betty Orange, and Nurse Practitioners Carie Cesare and Jessica Nutt. The Women's Clinic is conveniently located next to the hospital in Suite 4 of the AMMC Professional Office Building.
CARIE CESARE, WHNP
Carie Cesare, WHNP grew up in Toronto, Canada. She received her Registered Nursing degree from Ryerson University in Toronto then moved to the states and went to Mississippi for Labor/Delivery training. After several years as an RN, she received her Master's Degree from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS and then completed her APN at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Carie's areas of expertise include routine and high risk OB and office gynecology.
In her spare time, Carie enjoys jogging and doing crafts. She has three children; Ryan, Jordan and Presley who are students in the Brookland School District and four step-children, David Cesare, Jr., M.D.; Kimberly McFall, CRNA; Amanda Whiddon, PNP and Ellen Epperson, RN.
Carie looks forward to joining her husband, Dr. Charles Cesare, Sr. as well as Doctors Rose Glynne and Betty Orange and Nurse Practitioner Jessica Nutt, APRN, CNP, at the AMMC Women's Clinic.
CHARLES CESARE, SR. M.D.
Dr. Charles Cesare grew up in Vicksburg, MS. He received a Bachelor's of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Mississippi in Oxford. Dr. Cesare completed his Medical Degree, Internship and Residency at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, MS. Dr. Cesare has worked in Clarksdale, MS for 33 years and is looking forward to bringing his experience to the people of Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri. Dr. Cesare's areas of expertise include high-risk obstetrical care; reproductive/infertility counseling; minimally invasive surgery; OBGYN outpatient/clinic care and OBGYN Ultrasonography. He is Board Certified as a Fellow by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Cesare holds professional memberships with the Mississippi State Medical Society, the Arkansas State Medical Society, the Six Counties Medical Society and the Mississippi State OBGYN Alumni Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Cesare enjoys listening to blues music, doing home repairs and crafts and making guitar pics. He is married to Carie Cesare, WHNP, and together they have seven children: Charles David Cesare, JR., M.D.;Kimberly McFall, CRNA; Amanda Whiddon, PNP; Ellen Epperson, RN; Ryan Cesare, Jordan Cesare and Presley Cesare.
He looks forward to joining Doctors Rose Glynne and Betty Orange and Nurse Practitioners Jessica Nutt, APRN, CNP, and his wife Carie Cesare, WHNP, at the AMMC's Women's Clinic.
ROSE GLYNNE, m.d.
Dr. Rose Glynne received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry from Wells College in Aurora, New York and her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts Affiliated Hospitals, Harvard Medical School also in Boston. Glynne came to AMMC from Nash Healthcare Systems in Rocky Mount, North Carolina where she was a Staff Physician.
She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology; is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG) and is an active duty United States Air Force Physician.
JESSICA NUTT, APRN, CNP
Jessica was born and raised in Paragould, AR. Her love for healthcare started at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center. At a young age, she began volunteering as a candy striper, and was then accepted into the MASH program. After graduating high school, Jessica was hired by AMMC as a Patient Care Tech.
She attended Arkansas State University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began work as a Registered Nurse. She continued her education at ASU and graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing in May of 2017. After several years of schooling and nursing experience, Jessica has returned to the beginning of her nursing passion, at AMMC. She is excited to expand her knowledge base and skills in women's health with Dr. Rose Glynne.
Jessica has been married to her husband, Tyler, for four years and they are soon expecting a baby girl. She looks forward to serving the women in our community, along with increasing her knowledge in the women's health field.
BETTY ORANGE, D.O.
Dr. Betty Orange received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK and her Doctor of Osteopathy Degree (D.O.) from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. She completed her internship at Hillcrest Health Center in Oklahoma City, OK and her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Deacon West Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
Orange came to AMMC from Just for Women Health Center, P.A. in Little Rock, AR where she was in private practice. She is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of The American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOOG).
